Get nailed.

Nails, nails, nails! We don't know about you, but we struggle with ours, we bite, pick and do all the wrong things to look after them - we're terrible! Although acrylics can look bangin', they don't do wonders for your nails, and they are so expensive to keep up with. Nail varnish will just have to do - but even that chips *sigh*, what to do in this situation?

2 words: nail wraps. What a brilliant solution to bad nails, eh? now summer has commenced, nail wrap designs are coming in abundance and that's why it's not just the sun that is keeping a smile on our faces. Here at Tantrum HQ we have compiled together a few nail wrap designs that will keep your hands looking fresh and even better, bang on trend! We like to be good to you, we don't want your nails to be write offs like some of ours, do we?!

Whether you want to go fun with cartoons, girly and kitsch with Meadham Kirchhoff or funky with tattoo-style prints, there's a wrap for you, so get wrapping your summer manicure!

all nail rock designs available through nail rock online or high street retailers .

Bleeding Knees Club - Nothing To Do

So that sweet sunshine we've been experiencing these past few days here in the UK has got us all psyched for Summer. Sure, Spring has only just kicked off, but there's something about the lack of rain & cold weather that instantly whacks us Brits into 'Summer Mode'(Yep, it's that same 'thing' that involves gross sweaty dudes thinking it's appropriate to whip off their shirts art any given moment. All together now, "eww...")

As everyone knows, the most important part of your entire Summer is the soundtrack. And when it came to picking ours for 2012, it was a no-brainer. After an album full of teenage angst, raw energy and a plethora of short-but-sweet surf-punk songs? Then Nothing To Do by Bleeding Knees Club is the one for you.

The debut album by the painfully cool Aussie duo is the epitome of carefree, adolescent Summer fun. With Bleeding Knees Club lying somewhere between The Ramones and Wavves, Nothing To Do is filled low-fi garage-pop anthems about girls and dudes hanging out, throwing rocks at cars, whatever. Teenage shenanigans at their finest. Though the album only runs for about half an hour, that's half an hour of killer guitars, catchy choruses, wild drumming and untamed slacker-punk.

Highlights include 'Problem Child', 'Who Are You' and 'Lipstick', but the standout track for us has gotta be 'Girls Can Do Anything'; a feisty little feelgood tune about how awesome and unstoppable chicks are. Now isn't that the perfect title-track for all your indie-girl Summer road trips?

Rings & Tings

If you know one thing about us Tantrum girls, it's that we love a good bit of jewellery. Problem is, like most people, we're on a bit of a tight budget these days when it comes to treating ourselves! What with even High Street store's jewellery prices being a bit on the hefty side (We're looking at you, Topshop!) we were seriously lacking on the bling side of things. So we were pretty psyched when we came across Rings & Tings.

Launched last year, and inspired by London street style, Rings & Tings started life as a humble stall on Brick Lane and rocketed into the online store it is now. Their concept is 'affordable street fashion online' and they're dead on - the average price of pieces from their store is around £3.50, a bargain compared to the crazy price tags seen elsewhere and a great price to pay for some quirky and cute offbeat accessories.

We've included a little peek at some of our fave bits from Rings & Tings, but be sure to check out their website here for the full range - it will not disappoint!

Underground Creepers are reaching new heights!

If you're a regular Tantrum reader, you may have already noticed we have a slight obsession with Underground England, in particular, their creepers. Yep, we know that pretty much everyone is obsessed with creepers right now, thanks to 'grunge revival' and Underground's collaborations with fashion labels like Lazy Oaf and designers such as Ashish and Sibling, but we've been fans of the British brand for quite a little while now.

In general, we at Tantrum are Wulfrun girls, we just can't get enough of the round-toe styles that come in so many rad colourways, but there's a new competitor that's vying for our attention - the Wedge Creeper!

Yep, you heard us right. WEDGE. CREEPER. Sounds to good to be true, right? A fashion-forward and more feminine take on our old favourite, Underground's Wedge Creeper comes in 4 styles - Black, Black x Leopard Print, Fuschia x Leopard Print and Sky Blue.
Our personal fave is the Black Leopard Print but we're pretty intrigued by the Sky Blue ones too!

Underground England Wedge Creepers are priced at £109.00 and can be found here.
